Return Policy

At Astha Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is significantly different from the product description.

Return Request Time

All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened or used.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number along with photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request.
  4. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Astha Shop will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund or Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund through the original payment method or another agreed payment option.

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
