Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is significantly different from its description or the item you ordered.
Return Request Period
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be included.
The product should not show signs of misuse or customer-caused damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
Products without original packaging or tags.
Clearance or promotional sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Order Number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Astha Shop will cover the return shipping cost.
For other approved return requests, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Replacement & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, you may receive:
A replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
A full refund through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment option.
Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
